I was born and raised in New Zealand and started a career in engineering that has taken me all over the world and allowed me to live and work in every continent of the world.  But my one true goal over the years was always to return back to New Zealand and the Coromandel.

After being away for 23 years and investing in property, it became clear a high quality property caretaker service is sorely needed in the Coromandel.  If I did not have local family helping to manage my investments,  I can only imagine what state they would be in today. As it would have been very difficult to manage and maintain a home from a far.

I understand that when you come home to your bach, holiday home, or investment property you don't want to spend your time bringing it back to the standard where you can enjoy it. Imagine stepping into a wonderfully maintained, spotless fresh smelling home to just enjoy the environment around you.
